Unfortunately there are popular review forums such as the BBB.org that are only biased to the customers and not fair to the companies they represent. Many companies are unfairly targeted with negative reviews which are many times false, either left by competitors, or spammers. Other sites such as RipOffReport.com do not even allow companies to respond to complaints and they try to extort thousands of dollars in order for a company to remove the slanderous reviews.
